Speaking of memorable branding, let’s rewind to July 1988 when Nike aired its very first “Just Do It” commercial starring 80-year-old runner Walt Stack. The spot helped launch one of the most iconic slogans in history and turned three little words into a global mic drop. Nike proved that a great message, delivered well, can go the distance.
