Gilbert Project Ranks in Largest Metro Phoenix CRE Deals for July 2025
Located in the Town of Gilbert, the American Groves Senior Living project, valued at $44.5M, ranked #10 in the July 2025 list of the largest commercial real estate deals in the Phoenix Metro. The project encompasses an 89-unit, two-story senior care facility located at 941 East Elliot Road.
Additional top-ranked projects included major deals in Glendale, Chandler, Phoenix, and Scottsdale. The rankings are based on data collected by the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda and AZRE magazine.
